Torre de Belém or the Belem Tower located in Lisbon built in the 16th century. It is absolutely beautiful.. and this is where all the tourist would flock to. The tower is 4 storeys high.. and about 30 something metres.. and the surrounds were wonderful. .and a sight to behold. One of the higher floors have balconies on either side and it was really nice view up there. The chapel located on the 4th floor was awesome. They had some miltary thing that had something to do with the war of Jesus Christ.
Look at that..!! awesome eh..? She was said to guard the gates of Lisbon. But don’t get me wrong.. because Lisbon is a place where there are many festivals . .and merry making.. and not all old fashioned as this tower.
Age of Discovery..! This is also called the Tower of Bethlehem.
