I haven’t been here – and I had picked this picture up from MSN travel – saying that this is one of the weirdest theme hotel – but i sincerely wouldn’t call that – because this is a piece of art by itself – and staying in this B & B would definitely be an experience that I would love for my kid to experience.  I  bet my 7 yrs old would be so thrilled – wouldn’t yours?

Located in Idaho – the land of potatoes – from what I know. Dog Bark Park is located in north central Idaho on US Hwy 95 at Cottonwood, Idaho. The bread and breakfast offers yummy breakfast – and reasonably priced rooms – with the usual amenities you can expect for a B & B.  But what’s most unique is going to be the chainsaw art giftstore -  the life-like work – by the owners and artists are incredible.  I would love to bring a Beagle home too – if I visit.   Very interesting indeed.

I was in Hong Kong watching a show on tvb about tips for home decoration and in the show – they also teaches you how to choose mattresses and pillows.  They mentioned that most people mistaken that they have to choose the hardest bed for a good night sleep and for their back – in fact that wasn`t true.  As we spend many hours during our lifetime sleeping on this mattresses – it is therefore important to choose the right one and the right kind.  Sure – the price is important – but one`s health is just as important.  I used to wake up with a backache – and after realizing that it was my mattress that is causing my back so much stress – I changed it.  Pay a few thousand dollars for a mattress might sound crazy to some – but if it eliminates my medication taking – like a pain killer – every day – i think it is worthwhile.

Yup!  there are B & Bs in Taiwan and one of them is located in Loudong – very European like – just like the one in Germany. Owned by a Mr Hsu – the distinctive style reminds you of those Taiwanese shows – that you never thought you really see.  It is a 3 story building – but very homely.   Designed and built by the owner himself – I heard it cost a few million dollars.  Rothenburg Lodge is a dream come true for the owner -  and for some – we hope that one day – we have a B & B so beautiful eh.

Definitely reminds me of Tudor Court.

We love the bedrooms – that comes with bathrooms attached – this is with a king sized bed.  The room that we had was about NT 4300 about $143.00 CAD.  Plus I have to add – they have awesome breakfast.   I do love this place very much! and hope one day i can get to visit it once more.

Yoga In Your Hotel

Yoga in the hotel that you are staying in, isn’t really something new to me – in fact, 10 yrs ago before coming to Canada – the hotel i used to work for already incorporated yoga in the health center.  As I was reading about hgh supplements i cannot help but think about all the chain hotels back home that had the foresight.  But having said that it only benefits the long staying guests, for those like you and I going on vacation, would we still want to do our Yoga?  Well, i guess i’m the lazy one who only uses the jaccuzzi and the steam rooms but for those die hard yoga fans i guess it would certainly benefit them.  So when I read that even B&Bs are doing it for their guests i wasn’t really surprised. Good news for those who loves their exercises and don’t want to miss out even during their vacation.

Traveling With Babies

I’ve been asked many times by new parents if they should bring their own baby bedding with them when they are traveling for just a few days.  And my answer is a definite YES, especially if you are driving on your own and plenty of trunk space.  A baby is accustomed to the smell of their own bedding and if you are traveling to a place that she had never been to, it is a great way to make your baby feel comfy by bringing things that she is familiar with.  Some new parents are not aware of this.. but the first few months of your babies’ lives, they cannot see too, too clearly .. but they can smell very well.  Therefore, the smell on the mummies are the strongest.. so whenever a baby is uncomfy .. and starts crying.. and they keep quiet immediately after the mummy carries them.. that is the reason.   So yes..! i strongly encourage that you bring stuff that the baby is used to along when you are traveling.

For every vacation that we take, even for business trips, the accommodations are one the most important things that we take care of first.  After all, you can’t go for a vacation and not have somewhere nice to stay in right?  The Best Western is a name I am very familiar with because I’ve stayed in many of them. It is a name synonymous to affordable, clean and safe accommodations.  Not only are they usually strategically located,  they are usually easy on transportation too.  Plus each Western Zoder’s Inn has its own parking lot so we need not worry about having to look for parking or any extra costs.

Being one of the finest Gatlinburg resorts at the Smokey Mountains hotel, one can expect to feel pampered and relaxed as well.  The Best Western Zoder’s Inn In Gatlinburg is conveniently located and is within walking distance of a great shopping are or for visiting galleries. There are also some very good restaurants, so food is never a problem.   Beautiful mountain streams surrounding its property also help you to feel absolutely relaxed.   They have cabins and hotel rooms of different sizes to accommodate everyone’s needs and more.  Make your reservations directly online or check on your reservation dates easily to make sure everything is all set.  Plus you can cancel and rebook anytime you need to.  No pets allowed though, so little fluffy man have to stay at home.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast wasn`t my kind of thing before traveling around Europe but I was fortunate enough to get a taste of a good B & B when i was having a vacation in Greece and i never turned back. Not only were they cozy and hospitable.. they had just about everything .. a hotel could provide.. but more warmth. But i`ll have to say .. that the tv stand needs to be changed .. because i would have preferred those that had the flexibility to turn around. But i love the food.. and the pampering of breakfast brought to you in bed.. if you requested.
