I’ve been on several sunset cruise when I lived in Asia and a friend who had gone home from Switzerland had asked for recommendation – which brings me back to a cruise I had in Langkawi – it was one of the best cruise that I had been on. The boat was huge and it didn’t give me the usual sea sickness that I had always experienced, maybe it’s because the boat wasn’t as rocky as I had expected.
The sunset cruise in Malaysia are usually family oriented and the ones that I’ve been to – usually have children on them and they had food, free flow of beverages and they had several staff to attend to your needs. The crew made everyone feel welcome and even the owner and captain of the boat was very friendly and would sit and chat with us. The view was spectacular and I strongly recommend those who wants a special night out with your loved ones to try the sunset cruise. The charges were decent as far as I can remember and it was worth every penny we paid.
